hello! i’m Chelsea
WRITER, mother, HEALER
I’m a registered nurse, a mom and a domestic abuse survivor. It’s been a lifelong journey for me to finding myself, my purpose and finally falling in love with myself.
I’m passionate about helping you overcome everything that’s holding you back and becoming the best version of yourself. I want to see you shine and live a life full of love from the inside out.
My hope is to help guide you along your journey as well to deep self love, purpose and passion. Unraveling all the layers that keep us stuck.
I know firsthand what it’s like to walk through these storms in life and get to the other side.
I left a 7 year abusive relationship. Learned to heal childhood trauma. Overcame a 3 year eating disorder. Healed my mother wound and all toxic cycles in my past. I’ve dealt with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD, dyslexia, self doubt, suicidal thoughts, codependency, and perfectionism.
One thing I have learned through this journey to self is that healing is never linear and it truly is a lifelong journey. But it is possible. It is possible to overcome all that is holding you back and step by step get closer and lean into that bright light that’s within you just waiting to burst through.
Ready to begin your journey to wellness?
I can’t wait to work with you!

These are a few of my favorite things…
- I absolutely being creative! Whether it’s through photography, painting, writing, learning the art of film or dancing! Both my grandparents were full-time painters and I feel it’s in my blood.
- I love traveling so much and have been to 6 countries so far. I’ve never fully felt home in my own country though and dream of one day living abroad.
- I’m an animal lover through and through. Used to want to be a veterinarian before I became a nurse actually, but what deterred me is the job market. I went fully vegan for my love for animals too about 6 years ago.
- I love things that have a sense of mystery. The galaxies and stars, and life underneath the sea. Looking up at the stars in awe always makes me feel like there is so much more to this world and that we are all here for a higher purpose.
